Ouch! are you planning to give up wearing clothes Dave? there can't be much of you left that doesn't have a tattoo :p

Help us to keep on helping

Please consider making a donation, however small, if you have benefited from advice on the forums

This site is run solely on donations

My advice is based on my opinion and experience only. It is not to be taken as legal advice - if you are unsure you should seek professional help.

Keep the youtube links comming... I'll be able to show my kids them if they ever come home screaming "I WANT A TATTOO!!" :p

If in doubt, contact a qualified insured legal professional (or my wife... she knows EVERYTHING)

Or send a cheque or postal order payable to Reclaim the Right Ltd.

to

923 Finchley Road London NW11 7PE

Click here if you fancy an email address that shows you mean business! (only £6 and that will really help CAG)

If you can't donate, please use the Internet Search boxes on the CAG pages - these will generate a small but regular income for the site

I absolutely agree!!

But in reality, what will probably happen is, knowing your dislike

for tattoo's they'll either have one or more and either hide it/them

or do it and show you when it's done...

Both of those apply for me!!

I have one on my back that was a secret until only 5 years ago!!

I don't dislike tattoos but I want my kids old enough and informed enough to make a decision.

I've only ever considered 1 tattoo, and that is a doner card (just to give the coroner a laugh 'cos I bet his job doesn't have many of them :p) but I'd also like it to be a legal document and not sure if that can be done. (I believe they always need to ask the next of kin even if you do have a donor card on you)

Sadly, we have a tattooist here in Ashton that's been prosecuted

time and again for H&S offences and for doing underage, he's even

under Order to display his last conviction amongst his main display

of artworks and the Order is there on view... Yet his seedy little back

street shop is always full to capacity and always has a queue.. :-(

I don't suppose cr@p like this helps........!

He's probably using the certificate as advertising to get more kids to

go in, thats why he has a queue :/

I'd have thought that for underage tattooing he would instantly have

his license revoked

  • 2 weeks later...

Well I've been a big brave boy and had it finished today, in

one sitting.. My arm is sore as hell though... :(

I'm so pleased with the finished piece though, it'll look stunning

when it's healed up properly.. :-D

Ouch, Ouch,Ouch & more Ouch!!! Brave DMD brave!!

It's looks groovtastic:D!!! It really looks like a piece art but instead of on a canvas its on you!!!

Amazing!!!

Wooooohoooo to the tatooist!!! Good job matey!!!!!

The tattooist is brilliant, he did the last 2 hours (yesterday) totally in

freehand without a stencil... We're going to have a look at it when it's

all healed up and decide whether to leave the bits that should be white

in my natural skin colour or actually put the white shading in later...

SDC11862.jpg

I'm well pleased with it though! :D
