Hi there. I started action against HSBC last Oct, and received a letter saying the case had been stayed, do I just sit back, relax and wait for a decision now? Is there anything else I should be doing please?

Generally, no. Did the court direction give an unlimited time ie till the conclusion of the OFt test case or did the stay last until a particular date?

Where a date is mentioned most courts have automatically extended the stay, but it would be worth checking with the court to make sure.

Ok thanks Michael, there doesn't seem to be any dates on it.
