I hope it was their 6 monthly, cause last week I checked my credit file, so just waiting for any other DCA to get in touch and the Credit agency had better watch out:D

Sometimes I need to take a brea from CAG, as wonderful as it is it can just be a reminder of all the mess we are in and cant seem to get out of.

Although Ive been trying to pop on more recently to keep up with things and if I can in any way help someone else.

Must admit at the minute Im getting calls and letters which are stressing me out, specially after I had done so well with the other debts and my husbands debts. But today for the first time I read some threads and knew what letter I had, low and behold it was the exact letter someone had said would arrive , it made me giggle, for the first time in ages

sorry bit of a ramble but thanks CAG

I have had at least 1 letter a day from a debt collector since January. I applied for my DRO yesterday and I am fondly looking forward to having a day when I can go home to no post from people chasing money, Accually thinking about it, I will miss the post. its nice to see I am not forgotten! I am sure the bills won't stop though boohoo. I plan to find all my debt collector letters and burn them all in a big celebration bonfire once my DRO period ends in August 2010!

I got one from Kays today. we're in disoute over the amounts owed, mainly because of the £180+ in penalty fees they have added when they were the ones who screwed up my account. So what do they do? Add another charge of £12? Noooooooooooooo.... they've added TWO this month.

Oh dear.
