Hi all,

I am very new to this site, so please bare with me!!:!:

I have received a letter from NDR (debt collection) on behalf of Littlewoods Direct and phoned them to make an offer of payment (stupid I know after sumbling across this site).

I have never signed a credit agreement for this account and was wondering if I can still get this debt written off after me making this phone call for offer of payment? Have I made myself liable to agreeing this is my account for making the offer? Should I still persue the claim?

After seeing the template letters on this site I want to go ahead and get the debt cleared, or, have I shot myself in the foot by making that stupid phone call!:-x

Thanks for your replies in advance.

Warmest Regards

No it doesn't matter that you erroneously made an offer of payment under duress.

Send them a CCA request instead, but do not sign it; http://www.consumerforums.com/resources/templates-library/86-debt-collectors/581-cca-request-letter
