Hi

I am currently at stage with most my creditors where I am not getting agreements back and I may have to issue cpr proceddings.

Should I chance one of these off to a No Win No Fee company to see how they get on, it's more likely (maybe) that the creditors with take this more serious if correspondance is coming from a solicitors firm.

How much can these no win no fee companies expect to make? I only ask this because most my cases are alomost at litigation would solicitors costs be the same at this stage than if I had given them a case to deal from the outset?

What do they claim exactly?

Hope a legal bod can comment on this, sorry if there's a thread on this already.
