for at least five years the house attached to mine has had a drain blockage problem, the gully overflows and smells foul, despite polite pleas to tenants and to landlord in person and in writing this repair has not been done, temporary attempts such as pouring things down the gully have been seen, however, the drain lies at the adjoining wall and the water damage has seeped into the wall, my interior wall is damp, covered in black mould, the drain can be smelt indoors when in use,-

I have been awarded damages in court that remain unpaid and the drain remains unrepaired, the house is a House of Multiple Occupation in a family residential area, do not know numbers or if this is contributing to the problem, any ideas as to a solution please,

many thanks.
