Barclays refuse to pay

My wife took her PPI case to the financial ombudsman against baclays and won her case. Barclays was to refund the PPI with interest and compensation within four weeks of my wife accepting the judgement.

Can somebody advise on what options she's got to recover the amount due.

the decision was 26th June and she was told barclays will have to do so within four weeks. they have not even contacted her since.

Have you spoken to the FOS again and asked them what you can do with regards to them not repaying it?

No. The FOS stated in their final decision that she should contact Barclays as that was their final decision, and they were closing her file

PPI refund Ordered by FOS - Case No xxx xxx

After FOS intervention in my claim, Barclays were ordered to pay me £xxx by xxth July in respect of a PPI refund.

This amount has not been received, nor have I heard anything from Barclays at all.

I now require this amount to be repaid in full within 10 days or I will instigate court proceedings without further notice.
