I've been trying very hard to make sense of all that read on here but to be honest it all seems a bit dis-jointed (or that could be the way I'm reading something then following links to more information)

What I need (if possible) is for someone to please point me towards the thread that lets me know what to do for a couple of things (which hasn't helped my reasearch as I jump from one to the other depending on an interesting point in a thread):

Bank charges - do I need a subject access request first or do I just file a calim?

Credit Cards - Barclaycard and Vanquis for me and Capital 1 for the missus

PPI - I have a ppi on a credit card that I just dodn't even realise was there until I started reading this lot (I know, I know, there's one born every minute but hey I try....)

I would really appreciate the help

Regards

Phil

bank charges send the bank a sar for all statements in the first instance, cost £10 send recorded they have 40 days to respond

credit cards send a cca request to each card holder or dca if they are chasing, ost £1 do not sign it send recorded, they have 12+2 days to respond after this time you can stop paying if you wish

PPI ask for the Terms and conditions in the first instance

if you have any charges to claim back use the spreadsheet in the library section
