Heya sent off a CCA letter and today received a reply saying ''we are unable to respond to your request as the name of our account holder appears to be different from yours,we would request that you forward proof that you are the same person or signed authority from our customer to enable us to deal with your query''

 

Its because my friend put me on her catalogue account as my partners name Mc... but my surname is actually He... and that is what I signed the CCA request letter in.

What do i do now please,the 12+2 days are up this Thursday anyways
