Moorcroft and Lowells chasing same account

I have to admit I am a little confused.

 

Received a letter from lowells saying they had bought an account and in same envelope a letter from supposed company saying to contact lowells from now on.

 

Rang them and told account already in dispute, they then put on hold.

 

Today received letter from Moorcroft statin pay up or else....blah blah blah, for same account.

 

Rang them and they appeared confused too:eek::eek:when told them apparantly lowells owned it. Said they were going to look into who owned it:roll:

 

Any how both sets of letters were sent in same week and I just wondered are moorcroft and lowells linked, he from moorcroft said he had never heared of them.

The left arm doesnt know what the right arm is doing in the DCA industry anymore.

Ignore both these clowns & just report them to the OFT.

Dont worry I record the calls for reference. I am not intimidated by them, had fun telling them their yellow envelope was tacky:D

 

But will have to knock it on the head for the sake of my phone bill
