Is this the best way to go?

Crap1, Barclaycard and MBNA seem to be unable to supply cca's, even after 4+ different letters, so although they are not hassling me now, I would like to try and get the situation resolved.

Are there a few people, like me, that are on the 6 year roundabout and would any of the learned m'fellows know the best way to get them off these OC's off my back?

I ignore them until they do start hassling me then make formal complaints to their complaints departments with a copy of their letter and my complaint to them to the OFT, making sure they know I am complaining to the OFT. I haven't heard from anybody thereafter.

Well is a call

1 Don’t pay and they may take you to court or sale the debt

2 Make one last attempt to settle with them or you take them to court

Id quot circumiret, circumveniat.

please do not take my word for anything please do your own research All that i make comments on are done in good faith and to the best of my knowledge
