Hi,

Can anyone help please.

I recently won an employment tribunal on a default judgement as my former employer did not respond to the claim.

They have now appointed solicitors.

We are due to go to the tribunal for the remedies hearing and wanted some advice, I am sure I read somewhere that they are barred from putting a case across. Does anyone know if thats true?

Thanks
