Anyone had any experience of asking Payplan to remove unenforcable debts from their DMP?

I was told this would be fine but someone also told me they would not agree to this.

I've been managing fine on my DMP and I wouldn't want to ruin it but I have £10,000 of unenforcable debts and that would make a big difference to me!

What DMPs don't like is paying some creditors more in preference to others. So when you take a creditor of the list they usually want to know how you managed to pay them off, which of course you didn't. When I had a DMP I came out of it altogether, CCAd the lot, no agreements to be had and I am now debt free. Hope you have the same success.
