If the service is no longer available, they cannot hold you to a non existant service. By not supplying Sentanta, they are the ones who have breached the contract and you should stop. You could even claim damages off them for the breach.

I think you'll find you have a fully enforceable contract with BT Vision. You had to apply for this in which to get the Setanta add-on. Whilst Sentanta is no longer providing a service, it is being replaced by ESPN and you'll save a little on that subscription until they restart.

You will not be able to bail out of your BT commitment simply because of Setanta's demise. If you dealt with Setanta directly and their Freeview add-on, then there would not be a problem as the firm has gone and the service ended, but BT is very much in business, as is your liability to them.
