Quick question for the Scottish Legal Brains.

If a summary cause summons has been lodged and the SB period falls between receiving the summons and a proof diet is the debt SB'd. Or because they lodged before SB would it not be a defence that could be used.

thanks in advance for any advice.

I have a full thread in legal section under title Summary Cause Summons from Cabot - Scottish Courts
