200 thousand mortgages more than 3 months in arrears.50 thousand mortgages over 1 year in arrears.Feel it needs more than a rescue scheme to pull out of this one.A while back i was reading about charging orders,i will find the info .But in late 2007 they were trying to relax the rules where it would be easier to get them.It seems they managed to get this done and now having done this it seems more are trying for orders of sale.Probably while house prices were rising they were happy to wait but now as house prices have fallen they suddenly realise if they dont act soon they may lose out.It reads like a well executed business plan, that causes misery for many.I read that judges, grant them to easily and dcas seem to have little problem obtaining them, and ordering sales.I hope i am wrong. The whole thing is sickeninghttp://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/money/consumer_affairs/article6570910.ece
