Ok...

 

Pretty much all of the prescribed terms are on the reverse of a credit agreement I am looking over for someone in the family...

 

I don't suppose this is unenforceable by any chance???

If it's a copy of a CCA you have requested it could be made up to look as if it's the same document so it would help if you scan it remove any identifying details and post it up so we can give it the once over.
