Quick question, but my Husband has just received a copy credit Agreement from Amex (which is only for one of his 2 accounts, and took longer than 12 working days..)

The creditor hasn't signed and dated it after my husband.. the area's for the creditor are totally blank.. Does this mean it has been improperly executed??

I will scan the forms & upload tomorrow for you guys to have a look at fully... The terms go over aproximately a dozen pages & appear to be standard photocopies, as the name & address field for the applicant is blank, and no -one has signed to agree to be be bound to them, the form he has signed is titled Express Application...

many thanks

This is also a question I was going to post... I have a feeling though that it is enough for you to have signed it simply because the creditor invited your husband to take out a credit agreement and he agreed by signing and returning the document...

I am fully prepared (and would be ecstatic) to be proven wrong!!!
