I've sent the first one but I don't think its the second one. I have also sent them the 'i assume you have mislaid the agreement letter ie they have failed to comply with money laundering regs" etc. Its MBNA and they just send me letter after letter after letter. They obviously do not have the agreement.

MBNA are the worst to deal with, they honestly think because they are a merkin bank (spelling deliberate) they are above UK law.

 

Make a complaint to your local Trading Standards via Consumer Direct Consumer Direct - Contact us email the OFT debtcollectionguidance@oft.gsi.gov.uk and make a complaint to the ICO https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx

MBNA and capital 1 seem to be over the place.

Barclays don't seem to care while RBS nearly admit fault, but ask very nicely for something back.

HBOS are evil monsters though.
