The CAG Wishing Well (A lighthearted thread).

We don't have one near mine, so I thought I would make a virtual one.

 

It's very simple, just post a picture of a coin and make a wish. You must also wish that other peoples wishes come true.

 

(Feel free to share your wish if you want).

 

If you are feeling a bit down and need a bit of thought and help, then this is the place to be.

The power of all our thoughts on this thread should help your wish along a bit.

 

SOD'EM accepts no responsibility for wishes that don't come true but if just one does, then the thread will have been worth it.

 

The Wishing Well will only accept coins although foreign currency is allowed. Make sure that you only spend what you can afford.

 

Please do not put notes into The Wishing Well as this will make them soggy and harder for me to spend.

If you go on a seperate tab and google coin images... find a coin you like and click on it.... when it comes up in the left corner click the underscore for 'Full size' when you have full size right click and copy... return to Forums tab and paste picture in the reply tab..

Had to used this thread as this is were my wish is.

 

It is flu (maybe swine flu), but I called the nhs Swine Flu helpline anyway.

Answered a million questions and "computer said yeeees". They can not tell

with anyone that phones if it is swine flu or not as the sympyoms are similar to seasonal flu. However, he did fit the criteria to get a subscription

for Tamiflu. They give you a big long authorisation number, and then you have to take id to the place they tell you to go to pick it up. Luckily, he is still his normal self, he just has a high temperature and he aches all over. I will keep you all posted.

 

When he is better, that means that wishes do come true

That's how my swine flu started.....had loads of symptoms, except the sore throat. Roll on 3 weeks and I get tonsillitis (albeit, very mild - just the sore throat/unable to swallow/eat/drink and they're nicely swollen).......great huh?

 

Hope it doesn't get much worse for him - and if he is tired then tell him to sleep! I slept so much in the first 2 days and felt better for it. The tamiflu is great as well. All the best to him

Unfortunately, the medicine we give him to calm his temperature (although sugar free) seems to send him on a hypo. He doesn't want to sleep.

speak to the Drs about the hypos. They might advise summing.
