I am interested in hearing from anyone who has successfully claimed any charges back from these parasites.

Several years ago I had a mortgage with swift and got into arrears. When I remortged they charged me an extortinate redemtion fee which included loads for being in arrears.

I have since had a mortgage with GE and a secured loan with kensington. Following my marriage breakdown I ended up with arrears to both companies. GE tried to get a suspended possesion but the judge said no, kensington suceeded in getting a suspended possesion. I have been making payments as per the court order for the arrears but at £37 punds a month these dont cover the £50 fee Im being charged for being in arrears so my debt is growing!

With GE I have been paying 200 arrears for 2 years and am nearly at the end of this but there is still 2600 in charges.

I am not in a position to remortgage what can I do to stop these charges?
