This M&S loan I took out over ten years ago;

after a few years my circumstances changed and they agreed to accept reduced payments against the capital through a collection agency.

I needed to remind myself of the terms of the loan so I requested a true copy and they sent these fuzzy print outs.

If someone has the time to look them over please let me have an opinion on enforceability,

maybe I should ask for a better copy?

It looks to me like a copy of a copy or a printout from a microfiche.

So also I am wondering what is the basis of a 'True copy'?

Thanks nbl ;)
