Got my £2 report from Equifax today and they have put a notice of dispute back on it. It reads

Notice of Correction

Date 17/06.08

My name xxxxxxx

Date of Birth xxxxxxx

Then it says

NOTICE OF DISPUTE - THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERN HAS DISPUTED THE ACCURACY OF SEARCH AT THIS ADDRESS AND WE HAVE NOW CONTACTED THE SUBSCRIBER CONCERNED. CARE SHOULD BE THEREFORE BE TAKEN WHEN USING THE DATA AT THIS ADDRESS TO ASSESS THE CREDITWORTHINESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED.

This notice was on before and they took it off after the 2 organisation were not able to produce any CCA for their searches and now Equifax has put this back on my credit report...when are these people going to give up...Any idea what I should do now, I feel exhausted with all of this. :-x

Any help should I write to ICO and complain about Equifax or should I write to them first and see what they have to say. I will send copies of their letter stating that they have not hear back from the 2 companies concerned and wait for them to reply.
