Hi all

I have a question i claimed bank charges 2 years ago but since then i had a ccident and was in hospital and was ill at home fore a while so banking wasnt top of my look up list.

So by accident i went over drawn a few times . but they have raised my charges 4x for everything that goes out of my accoutn while overdrawn i pay £20 plus £20 per day so for the mistake i made i payed £300 charges in one month for about £90 of over sight.

this has happend a few times while being sick ove rthe last year but i didnt relise how much they were charging me.

My question is can i claim back the charges for a second time. i dont like to be greedy but i feel £300+ per month for £50 - £100 over sight is far too much

Any Advise please

Many thanks

I think if you explain the circumstances behind this they may even refund the charges as well prior to the OFT test case conclusion to be honest.
