hi just got back from holiday to find a letter from ruthbridge ltd stating i owe £4600 which relates to hire purchase agreement for a vehicle purchased in 1990 the hp agreement was with ge capital i believe i had a bad accident in the vehicle and never saw it again i had full comp insurance and have not heard a thing since the accident in 1990 i would like to know what is the right way to proceed with this matter
