Just to let you now I sent them a harrassment template letter about the phone calls , they sent a letter back saying that the phone will commence and ignoring this letter , but strangely enough I have not received one phone in about three weeks , rest assured I will be on my guard as if they start I will let them hang themselves well and truly:p

If they do call make sure you mention Furguson V British Gas Trading to them, in a letter of course ;)

CFS - Win by Technical Knock-out!:lol:

HFC Bank - CCA'd 12+2 passed

Chantry Collections - CCA sent
