Hi can you point me in the direction of a forum that could give advice about the following matter.

My mother has an elderly friend who has been a council tennant in the same property for over 70 years. The property is a 2 bedroom family home.

The lady in question, lets call her M is now 82 years young, she has been trying for the past 10 years to transfer to what our local authority calls "amenity housing". She has some health issues, that her doctor is aware of. One of the main problems that she has in living in the property at the moment is that it doesn't have a shower and she is unable to use the bath.

The local authority in question is Aberdeen City Council.....

.....Any advice would be appreciated.

kind regards
