No CCA but threats continue

Hi All


After 6 months and 11 letters the threats continue


Please see attached the most recent letter


Could anybody help with a aresponse


I really am at my wits end


They keep phoning at work and said they had done a credit check to see where i worked?


Is this legal


Any help would really be welcome

I've had the same letter from Martin Supple. I got mine after 3 months and 4 letters to him however. Someone has also called me at my work but, only once so far. I never supplied my work number to MBNA and have recently changed jobs. They still got my number.


Martin et al. continue to ignore my repeated requests for my CCA.
