Hi

Can anyone advise on dealing with a Notice of Debt Collection from Wescot on behalf of RBS? A letter will be sent to Wescot with a request for an original CCA. After the statutory period, if an original CCA is not produced, what further action can be taken against Wescot?

Also, does anyone have a simple and accurate definition for 'true copy' of a CCA?

Finally, has anyone heard of Capital Bank and specifically, debts originating with RBS being transferred to 'Capital Bank'? If a DCA letter referred to Capital Bank as a client, rather than the original source (RBS) how does that sit legally with all parties (original creditor - intermediary creditor - the multiple chain of subsequent DCAs and the person with alleged liability for the debt?).

Many thanks for advice offered.
