Debt management plan and CCA's

Make sure you do not post anything which identifies you. Although we can remove certain things from the site unless it's done in a timely manner everything you post will appear in Google cache & we do not have any control over that.

No it doesn't matter that they are receiving anything, it is your legal right to request a CCA at anytime. One problem might arise if any of them are unenforceable though and you decide to cease payment. Some DMPs don't like their clients to do this and might refuse to continue with the plan, but don't worry if that were to happen you can manage the plan yourself anyway.

thanks, that doesn't really bother me, there are plenty of other dmp's that would help anyway, i will get them written up, don't have a printer so my arm will ache later lol, thank you

Hi All, i was going to ask the same question but i've got my answer to that one but heres another. As im in a debt management plan some of the credit card and catalogue companies have sold my debt to eg. morrcroft so when i ask for the copy of the signed credit agreement do i ask the original lender or the debt recovery firm?? might seem a daft question sorry if it does just confused.
