Hi, it would be a great help if someone can could point me in the right direction about reclaiming my bank charges back off the abbey. I am new to the site and really don,t know what to do. My wife and I are finding really hard at this moment in time financially. At present from the end of jan 2009 till 20th july 2009 i have incurred £788.00 in charges, i have tried explaining to the abbey that there charges are putting my account further and further into the red but all they do is send my there consumer banking codes. Any help would be appreciated

Many Thanks
