and its not me!

I had challenged them and they informed that they have now sent the case back to Tesco's (ie the same company). However, they sent me two replies - one intended for me and one for a different person which indicates his full name, credit card number and their reference and the outstanding balance. Any ideas about how to correspond after a mistake like this?

To be honest, it wouldn't be the first time the dlc's have made errors, I have had two letters with complete random account numbers.

Is this a huge error and one i can use to my advantage or will it be just an apology?
