Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a little bit of help if possible? I've been reading these forums for a while and using the superb advice to be able to settle an outstanding debt that was passed from London Scottish Bank to Robinson Way and Company.

Now, I made a request recently for Robinson Way and Company to send me the CCA and they have sent me a document. However, I've got a problem with the document:

1. Is it even a real CCA? Or is it merely some form of document that is like a pre-cursor to a CCA?

2. My signature (it is genuinely my signature - no fraud there!) is not dated AT ALL on the document. Being slightly finance-cautious I make sure I always put a date next to my signature for historical accuracy, yet the date is completely missing from the document! The signature of the car sales company in question (G and N Finance) is dated, but mine is not. How does this stand the agreement?

3. The Terms and Conditons were on the overside of the document but completely upside down. The document looks like it has just been thrown together and doesn't look like what I expected an official looking document to look like when I requested a CCA.

What does anyone think about the documents (see scans of them below) and what I should do now?

The documents are here:

1. This is the CCA: http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/ab93/xyz123_02/CCabetter.jpg

2. These are the Terms and Conditions:

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
