I've recently received a ccj for the grand sum of £470.

this ccj was issued by robinson way for a next directory debt.

I received the ccj paperwork from northampton bulk.

I did not dispute the debt as i didnt know i could until reading up on CAG.

now I'm paying a court bailiff £36 pm for this debt.

I dont ever recall signing a cca with next directory therefore this debt would be unenforcable correct????

How do i go about getting this ccj removed???

thanking you in advance

Ben

Hi there,

What is the date of issue of the CCJ ?

You can apply for a set aside of the CCJ , have a look at these links -

It's highly unlikely that you ever signed an agreement with Next, as they are well known for not having agreements. See this thread for an example;

yes keep paying the bailiff.

As you have admitted the debt, you will need to to submit a form N244 giving all of the details relating to your county court judgement and give a reason for having the judgement set aside (i.e. not being aware of your legal rights) and send it off to your local court that deals with bankruptcy.

This will cost £75.00 unless you are eligible for fee remission The requested resource (/HMCSCourtFinder/tiles/Her Majesty's Courts Service -Forms and Guidance) is not available
