Would the criminal conviction have any impact on your niece doing the job?

thanks for the reply

 

the convictions were for D&D and criminal damage, they happened two years ago. things were not great fro her but she is in a better place now.

 

she is currently working in a care home for the elderly. there were aware of her convictions when they took her on.

 

she wants to change jobs possibly working with the mentally ill.

 

does this make a differance
