Allocation Questionaire

Hello all just seeking a little information ,allocation questionaire due date was 22nd June 2009 which was submitted on time claim over 5k as yet I have not not heard anything is this usual or should I have had correspondence by now 19th July 2009 .

Ring the CC dealing with your AQ and check the status of the claim.It is usual that the Claimants serves a copy of theirs on yourself also.

Hi my AQs was sent on the 3rd received on the 4th dead line 6th july

Have you rung court up to confirm the other side have submitted their aq's.

Waiting in hope that none have been submitted in my case.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW

An allocation questionnaire will be sent to both sides, bit only if the defendant submits a defense.

You have 14 days from receipt of the AQ to return it to the court shown

Failure to meet the deadline could see your/their case being struck out

There is a fee* if your claim exceeds £1,500 in vlaue

You must return the payment with the form

Failure to pay the fee may result in your case being struck out.
