pick your brains on this one

dca with sols start a court claim

you do a cpr to the sols and shall we say the info returned is not up to the mark.

 

to cover all the basis, can you cpr the original creditor as a court claim has started, rather than an sar.

 

its if you are trying to find out if infact the account has been infact assigned to the dca, the default/terminatin notice suplied by the dca are very suspect to say the least

 

can this info be got from the oc even if it has been say assigned to a dca

Hmmmmmmm..... if the action has started and they are not listed as the claimant, I am not certain that they would be under any obligation to comply.
