I am very interested in your post as we were just having this conversation elsewhere.

Were you a CMC in your own right?

and did you have your own MOJ authorisation number?

or If you contacted new clients/referrals did you use your name with their MOJ authorisation number?

The concept is very difficult to understand.

Thanks

Hello Tuttsi,

Thank you for your very prompt reply.

I can answer your questions as per each point.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am very interested in your post as we were just having this conversation elsewhere.
I'm interested in knowing more about your conversation?
Feel free to contact or PM me, whichever is most convenient.
Were you a CMC in your own right?
No, I wasn't.
and did you have your own MOJ authorisation number?
At the time of those referrals, no.
You are allowed to refer up to 25 accounts per quarter before needing to be registered by the MOJ.
That means you are known as an 'exempt introducer'.
Now, I have my own number and am registered with the MOJ.
or If you contacted new clients/referrals did you use your name with their MOJ authorisation number?
No, you'd typically take on the name of the main introdcer for example: Easy Withholding Company Limited
The concept is very difficult to understand.
With the right guidance, the knowledge and understanding comes.
I'm also here to help as and when required.
Thanks
Regards,
AdvS1
