12/06/09 :- Sent CCA Request

16/07/09 :- Received my signed application form and pages of T&C's

There is mention of a credit limit in the seperate T&C's but I'm not sure exactly how the T&C's are linked to the application form?

Any help on the likely enforcability of this agreement wuld be much appreciated. I cannot find much information on the NW ones anywhere.

Many thanks in advance.

(nb: the quality here is almost 100% of the quality of the copy I received, I can make out parts of what is written but other parts are not at all legible - to me at least!)

Thanks for the replies chaps.

With regard to a CC company actually having replied to the CCA request, albeit in this case with not a brilliant copy, does the same waiting game apply as per your suggested long game method, Andy?

Absolutely RtR everytime, they think they have complied and pray that you accept you know the system by now.;)

Regards

  • 5 months later...

Nothing much happened on this since last posts. Continued letters regarding the unpaid cc.

Most reently two letters from Triton Credit Services demanding repayment in full. Latest letter informing me the debt will now be passed to them Triton or another DCA for collection.
