Have just received this letter from Link who are ignoring the fact that MBNA cannot locate a copy of my 1995 CCA.

Latest threat-o-gram attached, what does this mean? I was just about to try and get my head around taking them to Court (any pointers greatfully received) and this arrived

Has anyone else had one of these? How do I deal with it??
