Have taken over from Equidebt in pursuing an old Cahoot loan.

I sent them a CCA on the 24th June which they rec'd 25th June by recorded delivery.

I had a standard replying from them acknowledging this on the 29th June.

I haven't heard anything since so how should I now follow up?

Many thanks,

Adam

account in dispute letter/failure to comply to cca request.

if this is an old debt they are phishing on, ignore them now

if its one you are paying you can cease payment.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Have taken over from Equidebt ....

Just in case you didn't already know, Equidebt and CAS are the same company. Something to bear in mind. They operate a similar strategy to Lowell's in pretending to be several different companies/solicitors.

HOIST BY THEIR OWN PETARD.

Blimey it works....:-)

I Had these fools write to me at the end of May after I ignored a couple of letters from Equidebt, then surprise surprise I get a letter from these mugs stating that their client 'Equidebt' is keen to help out with the account and that CAS are authorised by Equidebt to offer a 50% saving of the whole amount if you pay now, yeah right, so what did I do...IGNORE THEM!
