Hi

I changed my phone and broadband to utility warehouse about 6 months ago, on promises of this and that which they are now refusing to deliver and its ended up costing me more every month.

Problem is the service from them is on an LLU line, now I am looking to change to someone else but everyone wants to charge a reconnection fee as they class the line as a cable line. does anyone know of a company that I can switch to that dosent charge this as I really dont want to be with utility warehouse anymore after them lying to me.

thanks

rob

BT do a reconnection for free if you sign to an 18 month term (but you gotta harrass them for it) 0800 800 150

If in doubt, contact a qualified insured legal professional (or my wife... she knows EVERYTHING)

Or send a cheque or postal order payable to Reclaim the Right Ltd.

Click here if you fancy an email address that shows you mean business! (only £6 and that will really help CAG)

Who are you wanting to join? Many require you to have a BT line anyway (especially those that aren't LLU's) so getting the 18 month term on the "weekend" plan including free instalation may be worth it.
