Creation real problems, HELP!

Having real problems with Creation, to the point tonight of my wife in tears!!!!:( Constant calls, up to 5 times a day, several early weekend calls, now sending letters saying we will vist your home up 'till nine PM!!!

This is steming from ridicoulous charges £20 late payment fee, which in turn takes you over your credit limit, then another £20 for being over your credit limit!!!!!!!! have been resonable ond said will pay the balance without the charges but NO, NO, NO. tHEY KEEP BANGING ON £40 A MONTH!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!! WERE DO WE START!!!

Creation, store card provided for Ann Summers and JJB I think. We wrote a 3 paged letter today with details about call harresment, attitude etc, a subject access request becuse they are not forthcoming with any paperwork and also proposing a settlement agreement, we will pay the £250 limit on the card and maybe ONE late payment fee, but the rest of the fee's are just plain ridicolous!!!!. I will not take bullyboy tactics any longer, these people need standing up to!! We aal except business, banks etc need to cover admin costs but these compaies will never have a justification to charge what they do. Will keep you posted of the response!!

Reading this site makes me feel better, and knowing we are not the only ones who are in this pickle!!!

Have replied to your pm.These charges are claimable in just the same way as credit card charges are.

Have you got all your statements -or do you know how much in total that you have paid in charges ?

Its unclear as to whether you have sent of a SAR.

If you did can you say when,and also that you sent it with proof of delivery,with the 10.00 fee.

The issues for the charges and the harassment need to be dealt with sep-both can be sorted.

Can you confirm also as to whether this is still a live account ?

We have sent an SAR and we sent it to the complaints address at Solihull. We also asked for all copies of statements/charges, the original contract and copy transcripts due to the attitude of the advisor on the phone. We presume the account is still live as they keep ringing.

 

We will have proof of delivery of the complaint letter as it was sent special delivery. However, we have not put in £10.00 as we were not advised as to this fee.

 

we are awaiting a response.
