bos wont accept reduced payment

Hi, been trying to get bos to accept reduced payments for ages, now asking for full amount. Keep sending the letters saying all I can afford, will keep paying as a good will gesture etc. They've now referred the debt to Albion collections. Just wandered if anyone has heard or had dealings with them?? Ive not heard of them before.

You should CCA them and then maybe get advice from a Debt Help company, i found Payplan very helpfull, all my card companies are now accepting reduced payments.

Tried cccs, they wont help with a dmp as I've got arrears on my mortgage. Need to get those down 1st.

Well payplan didnt start a dmp with me, just basically sent me I & E forms to use, its still upto me to pay companies directly but it just helps to have the 'clout' of payplan, it just proves Im serious plus the companies concerned can see my I & E.

I'll call payplan Monday, didnt know you could get the forms from them.
