hi all just a quick question, if i get an administration order on my self would i be able to include brighthouse in the order?? dont really want to send the goods back, just want to reduce outgoings due to personal circumstances thank you

Hello there.

 

It is not possible to include the Brighthouse debts unless you return the goods to them. The reason behind this is that your Bright-House items are financed as Hire-Purchase, any reduced payments could cause the goods to be repossessed.

hi tawny owl and seq, yes i have ccj but they are managable at the mo, it is brighthouse i was hoping to get the administartion order for more than anything but seems i cant include them, didnt think i would be able to but thank you both for your help, was hoping there may have been some loophole or something that would enable me to do so, refuse to send items back because i have paid too much on the items to cut my losses so to speak, have also had the osc taken off so would have to get a court order to take the goods, again thank you both for your help
