Dear All

This site helped me greatly a few weeks ago regarding dealing with Rossendales. I took the advice given and wrote to the council explaining that the bailiffs had acted inappropriately as they dealt with my hubby whose first language isn't english plus they levied a hired car. I asked them to take back the debt and we would pay them - the council - direct. Received a letter today saying after reviewing the bailiff's notes they can see no evidence that any inappropriate action was taken and they refuse to take the debt back into their administration and I must deal with Rossendales direct.

Any suggestions? I don't want to deal with Rossendales but I suppose this forces me to do so :(

Any replies appreciated.

Kind regards

Eliza

You don't have to deal with them at all and they know that only to well.

Pay the council direct whether they like it or not they won#t refuse your money

But make sur3e you don't answer to door to bailiffs they will soon get fed up
