Hi all,had success with my own unenforcible agreements now my dad who is 75 has asked me to have a go with his credit card companies.Have tried to wriggle out of it but he has been talking to companies out of the paper and is primed to get ripped off.My question is does it matter how far you go back,he says some of these cards hes had donkeys years and would never have signed an agreement your advice urgently required please.


MBNA £250 bank charges refunded.:lol:

MBNA claimed £2700 in PPI:lol:

MBNA default removed.

WESCOT balance written off no cca.

WESCOT default removed.

TIME RETAIL.default removed.

LLOYDS TSB.£150 charges refunded

MINT £220 charges refunded.

currently 4 in dispute unenforcible agreements.

HFOS ordered to remove default

YORKSHIRE paid token £200 PPI going now for full £600

I would think that the older the agreement, the less chance they have of finding them ,or if they do, of the documents being compliant:)
