hi. hubby is trying to claim back charges for a business account that lloyds closed as soon as it went back into credit a few years ago. he has already sent MSE letters last year & final response from lloyds was no as "unfair terms in consumer contracts regulations & unfair contracts terms act 1977 do not apply as he was a business"


can anyone help & advise as to whether he can in fact claim back his charges of around £2000. he had a small business & lloyds let him go £17000 overdrawn unsecured until a remortgage paid off the overdraft, following in the bank closing his account.


I have read that he may be able to claim penalties but cant find the template letters needed. thankyou. michelle
