hi

i have been given a letter on here called 'prelimary approach for repayment' - this apparently goes to my local county court, is there a special department or just generally to them? i live in buckhurst hill , essex.

also someone said i need a form called ex150 which means you should get fee remission cos i am on benefits - where do i get this from please?

i have a claim for two different banks, so do i fill out two different letters for each bank?

i tried claiming back hardship case but becasue i am not actually in debt, just dont have left over funds, it was declined.

thanks

Prelim goes to the bank you are claiming from.

EX150 is when you file a claim at court but you need to send the letters first.

Have I gone through financial hardship with you already(sorry but I know I advised EX150 so just double checking what I have already said)?

well i think its been decided that im not hardship case, basically im on benefits soley, have a 2year old on my own, but i dont have any debts as recently was granted a debt relief order, i simply have 0 left over with which to pay these charges, but thats not considered hardship. my outgoings equal my incomings exactly.

but my claim for hardship was rejected

You need an N1 form to start the court process....
