Nuisance calls from Sky

Can anyone advise me on who to complain to at Sky regarding persistent phone calls from their Sky+ dept. We upgraded to a Sky+ box 18 months ago and already had a satellite repair protection plan in place, nothing to do with Sky. In the past 4 weeks we have had numerous phone calls (always a different person) asking us to take out the Sky maintenance insurance for the box. I explain every time that we already have insurance but they want to know who it is from. I have said very politely that is my business and that I am very happy with them and I dont need to change. However, the callers are very persistent, must be ex double glazing salespeople!, that I have had to put the phone down on them because they will just not listen. But what really annoyed mr today during yet another call,after explaining yet again (as politely as I could in the circumstances) that I do not want to be contacted again regarding this subject and that I now regarded these calls as nuisance calls, the caller hung up on me!!! Customer services? who trains these people?! Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

One way of dealing with them is, when they call, just ask them to hold on a minute, there's someone at the door, the cat is scratching the door to go out, you have to turn a pan down, or similar.

Put the phone down on the table and go and do something else.

When you come back, 5minutes later, you'll find that they have hung up.

It's cost you nothing, but it's cost Sky a phone call..... Their loss ! :lol:

there is a company been on watchdog also that phone you and claim to be SKY and they have nothing to do with SKY,
